Salary: Up to £70,000 + All Travel Paid + Annual Bonus

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading mechanical building services contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering prestigious commercial fit-out projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a large mechanical fit-out project based in Canary Wharf.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor working on a flagship commercial development, taking ownership of the mechanical installation from site mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

The Role

As Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all mechanical works on a large commercial fit-out project, ensuring the installation is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
