About The Role

As a CBRE HVACTechnician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electricalequipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactiveperformance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment andsystems.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
