Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors with UAE project exposure to supervise mechanical works on construction sites. The role involves overseeing installation activities, managing site teams, and ensuring work is completed in line with project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related systems
- Manage daily activities of technicians and subcontractors on site
- Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, site engineers, and other trades
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and work progress
- Conduct site inspections and support testing & commissioning activities
- Prepare daily reports and resolve site issues
