YOUR ROLE

As a Mechanical Supervisor , you will be responsible for the on‑site supervision of mechanical works during projects and shutdowns within refinery or petrochemical environments. This role is highly operational and site‑focused, requiring strong field presence, technical judgment, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and execution standards.

You can expect to act as the primary interface with contractors, ensuring mechanical activities—static equipment, rotating machinery, and piping—are executed in line with the approved programme, technical documentation, and applicable standards. Early detection of deviations, enforcement of corrective actions, and continuous monitoring of work quality are central to the role.
