Our Client, a Business Maunufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Mechanical Technician I for their Wilmington, NC location. Responsibilities:

+ Procurement & Parts Management

+ Obtain quotes from vendors for mechanical parts and components

+ Place orders and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure purchase orders are issued accurately and in a timely manner

+ Track open orders and maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specifications

+ Identify and escalate delivery issues, quality concerns, or specification discrepancies promptly

+ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and drawings

+ Mechanical Assembly

+ Gather and stage parts and hardware kits in preparation for machine builds
