Position Overview 
 
The Maintenance Training Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering practical and classroom-based training programs that support the safe and effective maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment. This role strengthens workforce capability by building technical knowledge, reinforcing safe work practices, and promoting maintenance excellence.
 
Acting as a mentor and competency resource, the position supports the development of mechanics, apprentices, and technicians to ensure consistent performance, operational reliability, and adherence to safety standards. The role contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by aligning training initiatives with operational needs and long-term workforce sustainability.
