Role Overview
The Media Production Assistant provides essential logistical, technical, and administrative support for the digital team. This role ensures that shoots run smoothly on-site and that the paperwork of productionbudgets, receipts, and vendor paymentsis meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Finance & Administration
- Fund Management: Process and track all production fund requests and petty cash for upcoming shoots.
- Budget Tracking: Create and maintain budget summaries for each project, ensuring we remain within the allocated spend.
- Reimbursements & Receipts: Collect, digitize, and organize all receipts from the crew and talent; prepare formal reimbursement reports for the Finance Department.
