Job Purpose

The Medical Affairs Director for Spain leads the Medical Affairs strategy across multiple therapeutic areas including Cardiology/Urology, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry and OTC. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to Medical Advisors and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), ensuring scientific excellence, cross‑functional collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager and serving on the Country Leadership Team, the position contributes to the company’s strategic direction and business priorities.
