_This position is a unique role within the General Internal Medicine Clinic in Oakland, designed specifically to support patients with diabetes in collaboration with our Diabetes Educator. This role will serve as an important resource for both patients and the care team by helping coordinate diabetes-related care and improving patient engagement. Responsibilities will focus on the needs of this patient population and may include scheduling appointments, generating and reviewing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) reports, conducting patient outreach, providing education and support, and assisting with other clinic-based initiatives aimed at improving diabetes management and outcomes for our patients._

Assist physicians with various aspects of patient care (including clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks) ensuring patient satisfaction.
