A clinician in this role utilizes Epic to address patient concerns and needs from incoming patient phone calls and MyChart messages. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and coworkers. Must be able to document in clear, objective and thorough manner. Previous experience with Epic and doing in basket management/call intake required.

MA-R with previous experience in healthcare, healthcare terminology, and in Epic will be considered.
MA-C preferred.
