Job Description

Shift Details: 40 hours/week, Full Time. Clinic Hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Scheduled Shift will be 8:00am-4:00pm.

Unit/Location:  Intermountain Medical Center - Urological Institute
