**Job Summary - Medical Assistant**

**Schedule is: Full time, weekdays. M-F, 8a-5p**

As a Medical Assistant, you support doctors by providing patient care and performing delegated medical tasks. You will also maintain records and administer medication and injections, as well as record vital signs.

**Essential Functions of the Role**

+ You will help with examining and treating patients under a physician's guidance.
+ You will prepare exam rooms, clean before and after procedures, disinfect equipment, and restock supplies.
+ Talking to patients is important. You help patients to the exam room and get them ready.
+ Collecting data is essential. Patients provide medical history. Information goes in their file. Data used to assist physicians.
