Responsibilities

+ Perform high-volume phlebotomy, including blood draws, finger sticks, urine collection, and specimen processing in a fast-paced clinical environment.

+ Provide client-centered pre- and post-test HIV counseling, ensuring patients understand test results, implications, and next steps.

+ Conduct HIV/STD risk assessments and deliver risk reduction and prevention education tailored to each patient’s needs.
