Key Responsibilities

+ Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to determine:

+ Services billed

+ Insurance coverage and adjustments

+ Payment amounts

+ Patient responsibility

+ Manage and work denial and collections queues within EPIC.

+ Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims in a timely manner.

+ Follow up with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and secure payment.

+ Submit claim corrections and appeals while ensuring compliance with filing deadlines.
