The **Medical Consult Manager** will be responsible for all Virtual Medical Operations Center Consult Program calls and appropriate processing of those calls, emails, and requests. Will serve as the first point of contact to the military members requesting real time medical assistance via the Virtual Medical Operations Center.

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive rapid intake of clinical consult support requests via phone, voice over internet
+ protocol, custom web form, or other request modality deemed necessary by the Government and route promptly and appropriately.
+ Facilitate the rapid transfer of relevant clinical and operational information from the requester to the specialty provider.
+ Understand the originating site operational limitations and military operational environmental factors.
