At Houston Methodist, the Medical Device Integration (MDI) Analyst position is responsible for intermediate level support and configuration of assigned medical device integration equipment, communication devices and associated applications. The position entails configuration, installation and support of medical and communication devices in the patient care setting. The MDI Analyst troubleshoots issues and works with vendors on issue resolution. The MDI Analyst partners with customers to increase understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
