• Work closely with the Sr. Medical Director, Pulmonary, EMEA to implement and maintain effective setup and governance in collaboration with the affiliates. Partner with Medical Effectiveness team to define priorities and KPIs to support launch readiness and field excellence at regional & local level; ensure tracking/monitoring of launch readiness and adapts approach if required – always in co-creation with the affiliates
