This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-acuity critical care program and partner closely with hospital executives and nursing leadership to drive excellence in patient outcomes, quality, safety, and operational performance.

About the Role:

+ The Medical Director will provide clinical and administrative leadership for our MICU, SICU, CCU and CVICUs which total 40 ICU beds. This leader will oversee physician practice standards, quality and safety initiatives, operational performance, and interdisciplinary collaboration while ensuring delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered critical care.
