NVHI Design & Release Engineer
We're looking for an engineer to lead the design, release, and validation of NVHI components for upcoming vehicle programs.
Responsibilities
Design & release NVHI components
Ensure performance targets are met
Coordinate validation testing and resolve issues
Lead DFMEA & DVP&R; updates
Support launch and production programs
Benchmark components and drive continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
1–5 years in automotive interior/exterior or NVHI component releasing
Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R;, FEA, mold flow
Strong communication + cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
MSME/MSEE
DFSS or Shainin certification
Experience with NX & Teamcenter
