Job Responsibilities - Assist customers with TCM products and health-related enquiries
- Manage daily retail operations and inventory
- Maintain store cleanliness and product display
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Requirements - Experience in medical hall, TCM retail, pharmacy, or healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of Chinese patent medicines is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
- Candidates with TCM qualifications/background are preferred
- TCM therapists (Tuina practitioners) are welcome to apply
