Your mission
Guarantee satisfaction and confidence of external clients (healthcare professionals, patients/consumers,…) :

• Ensure that responses given to requests from healthcare professionals, patients/consumers are relevant, validated and of a good quality
• Conduct scientific monitoring that is regular and efficient (active ingredients, components, physio-pathology)
• Provide a validated, up-to-date and relevant knowledge base for the scope (standardised answers, literature, recommendations, expert opinions, etc.) and devise standardised answers documented on the basis of all available internal and e...
