Responsibilities

• Operational Management
  • Implement departmental policy, systems, business processes and procedures.
  • Deliver clinical excellence by identifying needs and establishing opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a quality service across sites.
  • Collaborate with Professional Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses to implement the vision, mission and goals of Higher Health.
  • Provide infrastructure for doctor participation in service provision matters.
