Objectives
Achieves the established goals for the district/area, such as sales, market share, and doctor calls. Listens and responds appropriately to customer needs and maintains a positive impression. Maintains the required technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge. Uses accurate communication and proper medical terminology. Plans and organizes daily sales call activities. Develops and implements alternative operating plans to achieve objectives accordingly, taking daily decisions after weighing alternatives and their consequences. Works under the daily direction of the District Manager and closely with other field force representatives. Cooperates with various headquarters departments when necessary.
