Scheduling patient for radiology department, inputting patient demographics, verify insurance
call center environment-will not be much patient facing- mostly over the phones
Genisis is call platform and get length of time they are on a call, inclusive of after work
Inbound and outbound calls.
Check abandon rates. Handle time is 6 minutes and abandon rate is 4% or less. If they are scheduling a MRI or PEP it may take 15 minutes.
Schedulers Medical terminology,
Call volume, 70-100 calls a day. Verify demographics and determine authorizations for patients.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
CTE’s MRI’s.
M-F—9:15am – 5:45pm.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare system.
EMR experience
Microsoft Office experience
experience with administrative duties

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
