Schedule

+ 7.5-hour shift

+ Must be available between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

+ Answer and manage a high volume of incoming patient calls

+ Register and update patient information in Epic

+ Triage calls and route patients appropriately

+ Process and respond to incoming faxes

+ Schedule appointments and support patient access needs

+ Assist with patient registration, intake, and administrative support
