Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner, paging employees when required.
  • Manage office voicemail and distribute messages.
  • Greet all visitors.
  • Coordinate the flow of information.
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage secretarial and administrative tasks for the dermatology clinic.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Full‑time position.

Salary ranges available: CA$25.00–CA$30.00 hourly or CA$100,000.00 yearly, depending on role.
