About the Role

• Manage RMO recruitment and onboarding
• Manage RMO Medical Council and immigration requirements
• Organise rental and accommodation
• Collate credentialing start‑up paperwork and process on appropriate systems
• Facilitate orientation sessions
• Provide monthly reporting

About You

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage fluctuating workloads
• Experience within a hospital or medical industry preferred
• Background in HR support
• Intermediate/advanced computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
