Position Overview

We are seeking a certified Medical Technologist (ASCP) to join a high-performing hospital laboratory team. This role is responsible for performing a full range of laboratory procedures across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic phases, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic testing in a fast-paced acute care environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong Blood Bank experience and demonstrate technical expertise, critical thinking, and a commitment to quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Analytic:

Specimen collection, processing, and data entry

Clerical and laboratory support duties

Analytic:

Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing in accordance with CLIA regulations

Conduct testing on blood and body fluids
