About the Role 

The Medical Typist is responsible for deliveringprofessional, timely and accurate transcription of clinical information as
dictated by clinical staff through the Hutt Valley electronic dictation
systems.

The Medical Typist works within the centralised typing team
which provides a high quality service to clinicians and patients, sharing the
workload across services and contributing to on-going improvement of service
delivery.
