Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate training in Medicine or equivalent clinical qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
Proven proficiency in managing acute medical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and mechanical ventilation.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
