Position Overview

            MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
Matric plus a relevant industry qualification 
RE5 qualification will be advantageous 
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English,  with Afrikaans as a first language 
35 years' experience in medical schemes, health insurance, gap cover, or financial advisory services 
Excellent communication, marketing, and customer service skills 
Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail 
Ability to work independently and build long-term client relationships 
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Provide professional advice to clients on suitable medical scheme and gap cover options 
Identify and analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate healthcare solutions 
Assist clients with new applications, amendments, enquiries, and annual plan reviews
