Position Overview

            **Day Shifts**

Required : BLS and ACLS

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.

Provide wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
