β’ Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
β’ Work on account related Queries at backend
β’ Work on CRM tools like Oracle and Salesforce in backend
β’ Meeting SLA and TAT
β’ Meet the attendance target
β’ Meet the internal Quality scores
β’ Maintain a high level of professionalism with account manager / customers.
Skill Set Required:
β’ Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
β’ Strong/Good written communication skills
β’ Ability to multitasking effectively
β’ MS Access & SQL Proficiency is added advantage
