Citi is launching its early career Mehnaty program in Dubai for Emirati citizens. This 12-month program offers final year undergraduates or recent graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.5 the opportunity to gain on-the-job work experience across Citi's various businesses.

Starting in July or September, the program emphasizes career development and networking, tailored for those looking to build a long-term career in finance.

Eligible candidates must have completed their military service.
