Beth Sholom is seeking a full-time Member Engagement and High Holy Days Manager reporting to the Executive Director. This position centers on fostering relationships within the community, alongside staff and clergy, while responding to the needs of our members to enhance retention. Your strategic leadership will play a critical role in the synagogue’s growth in a bustling area undergoing transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire membership renewal process
• Develop member engagement strategies with relevant teams
• Create new membership kits for prospective members
• Maintain membership data using Shul Cloud
