Elevate member engagement with FirstOntario as a Member Experience Specialist. Deliver exceptional service while meeting members' financial needs and promoting innovative solutions.
This role focuses on providing the ultimate member experience, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Member Experience Specialist identifies opportunities through proactive business development and helps achieve financial goals for members. You will also assist with various branch activities alongside the Branch Manager’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify financial solutions for members and prospects
• Conduct proactive business development initiatives
• Promote alternative banking channels effectively
• Provide accurate transactional service promptly
• Support branch operations including audits and balancing
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
