Job Description - Support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the gym
- Greet and check in members and verify memberships
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all gym equipment
- Attend to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, person
- Any other ad-hoc task / duties that may be assigned by club management from time to time
Requirements - Keen on pursuing a service related career in a fast paced environment
- Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity
- Basic computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft office
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week and shift hour
