Responsibilities
- Interact with current or prospective Members via voice and email with professionalism and personality
- Resolve inquiries regarding returns, tracking, and order modifications using critical thinking
- Handle complex situations and potentially expand into messaging or social media channels
- Maintain high-energy service during peak shopping seasons
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a Contact Center environment within the last 5 years
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Ability to work any shift Monday through Sunday, 9am-9pm EST
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
