We are looking for a Member Services Coordinator/Administrative assistant to support member-facing operations and deliver responsive, detail-oriented service from our Franklin, Massachusetts office. This position focuses on keeping records accurate, communicating program and group information clearly, and helping members navigate day-to-day requests.
