How you will make an impact

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our farmers - providing reliable support, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to sustainable farming initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with other departments to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Handling farmers’ inquiries and delivering accurate, timely support
• Maintaining and verifying master data and documentation in line with our standards
• Monitoring milk quality results and coordinating with laboratories and logistics partners
• Supporting the administration of quality and sustainability programs
• Building trust-based relationships with farmers and contributing to our internal knowledge library
