Key Responsibilities: Membership Administration & Customer Service - Manage daily membership enquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, account statuses, and member information within the Customer Management System (CMS).
- Process account service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Membership Sales & Retention - Follow up on new membership applications and membership renewals.
