Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to oversee Behavioral Health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs. This role is responsible for the planning, supervision, and monitoring of clinical staff and program operations to ensure compliance with OMHAS, COA standards, Ohio Administrative Code, HRSA requirements, and agency policies and procedures.

The Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership, clinical supervision, and operational oversight while spending approximately 50% of their time providing direct patient care.
