SaVida Health is a specialty medical practice providing outpatient opiate and alcohol addiction treatment services. SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida provides compassionate and individualized treatment programs to support those with substance use disorder. Located in Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, Virginia, New Hampshire, and Delaware. ABOUT THE POSITION

At SaVida Health, the MHRT/C is responsible for coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered in an outpatient substance abuse treatment setting. The MHRT/C will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed.
