Our Mental Health Technician responsibilities include some of the following:

• Care for our patients daily by assessing behavior, escorting them, and interacting with them continuously throughout the shift.


• Conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shift and document patient’s behavior. · Model and teach appropriate life skills to the patients. · Orient the patients to the unit and assist them with daily living skills. · Provide a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. - Provide physical restraint or intervention if appropriate.
