Responsibilities

• Deliver EFAP services and other clinical services as assigned, including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services and assessments
• Provide quick, effective telephonic assessments on issues regarding client behaviour and emotional health, family, wellness, work issues and other personal matters, and in crisis situations
