Key Responsibilities:

• Cost estimation & budgeting
• BOQ (Bill of Quantities)/BOM(Bill of material) preparation for Mechanical, Electrical,Plumbing systems, HVAC, Fire System.
• Expertise in Electrical System
• Tendering and contract administration
• Cost control, monitoring, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and QS tools/software
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience in construction projects
