- Site supervision: Supervise sub-contractors and site teams to ensure MEP installations are compliant with shop drawings and quality standards. - Technical review: Review and verify Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, and Method Statements before execution. - Planning & Progress: Develop weekly/monthly MEP work plans and monitor progress to ensure zero delays in the master schedule. - Quantity Surveying (QS): Perform material take-offs, manage material orders. - Quality Control (QC): Conduct internal inspections and coordinate with the Consultant/Client for official inspections and handovers (RFI process). - Coordination: Coordinate with the Civil/Structural teams to resolve design clashes and ensure smooth integration of MEP services (clash detection). - Documentation: arrange the document for the meeting, submission material, MOS,..etc
