Develop and deliver MEP design solutions HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Electrical, ELV as applicable in line with project requirements, applicable codes, standards and authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive MEP design reviews ensuring calculations, layouts, load schedules, equipment selections and design assumptions are technically sound, coordinated and buildable.
- Supervise and coordinate MEP Design Engineers and Draftsmen to produce accurate drawings, schematics, layouts, details and schedules aligned with approved design intent and project milestones.
- Implement robust quality checks and control measures on all MEP deliverables, design calculations, drawings, reports and submission packages ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency before issuance.
