Position Overview

            Estimation & Cost Planning (The Estimator Part) Detailed Costing : Analyze drawings, specs to price materials (wiring, pipes, HVAC units) & labor for M, E, & P systems. 
BOQ Preparation : Develop Bills of Quantities and cost summaries for tenders. 
Budgeting : Create budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts. 
Value Engineering : Find cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality. 
Tendering & Procurement (The Procurement Part) Tender Docs : Prepare tender documents (invitations, specs) for MEP works. 
Bid Evaluation : Review, analyze, and compare subcontractor/supplier bids (cost, quality, reliability). 
Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers and contractors. 
Sourcing : Identify and select suitable MEP suppliers and contractors.
