• Bid Evaluation : Review, analyze, and compare subcontractor/supplier bids (cost, quality, reliability).
• Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Sourcing : Identify and select suitable MEP suppliers and contractors.
